Terms of service

Insyqo is provided by Insyqo, Inc., a corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the Insyqo application and website. By creating an account or using Insyqo, you agree to them.

You need an account to use Insyqo. Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your credentials safe — if you suspect your account has been compromised, email [email protected] straight away. Accounts are for one person; if your team needs several seats, invite colleagues into your workspace rather than sharing a login.

Insyqo is available on a Free plan and a Pro plan, as described on insyqo.com/#pricing. Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings; when you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. If we change prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to you.

New Pro trials run for 14 days and don't require a card. If you don't add billing details before the trial ends, your account reverts automatically to the Free plan — nothing is charged without your say-so.

Anything you create inside Insyqo — canvases, journey maps, notes, transcripts, insights — belongs to you. We only take the licence we need to store it, process it, and run the features you use. You can export your content at any time from within the app.

Don't use Insyqo for anything unlawful, don't misuse the AI features (for example, trying to extract another workspace's data or overload the service), and don't attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces. We may suspend accounts that do.

Insyqo's AI features — insight extraction, transcript analysis, and similar — produce assistive output, not verified fact. Check anything important before relying on it. Content you submit to these features is processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a result; Anthropic does not use your inputs to train its models.

We aim to keep Insyqo available and make reasonable efforts to do so, including planned maintenance windows where needed. Beyond that, the service is provided "as is", without further warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with Insyqo is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] — we'll delete it within 30 days. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms; where practicable, we'll give you notice first.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights, the state courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to those courts.
